Digital Bibles For Audio Note Taking

We love real physical Bibles but by God’s grace there are many tools available to us for understanding and learning from God’s Word.

Digital Bibles can be a great tool to take audio notes in. It is very helpful to record notes on what you are reading but sometimes typing notes can take a lot of time. Here’s a solution: Use your digital Bible (Youversion for example) Click on the verse you are reading and add note then click the microphone to record your speech as a text note connected to that verse.

The app then stores all of your notes and verse in sequence allowing you to share them or go back and review them later.

When it comes to the Bible we want use all of the tools at our disposal to better grasp God’s word. Audio Bibles (The Word of Promise for example) are also a tremendous help.

Physical Bibles are best in many situations (understanding the layout of a book, the flow of thought and avoiding distractions during a study or Church of course) but early in the morning or for taking a quick note/or many notes, digital Bibles are a helpful tool.

What do you think?

Thanks for reading!
